CHARACTER VS. REPUTATION

It occurs to me that there are people with crummy characters and crummy reputations. There are people with glowing characters and crummy reputations. There are people with crummy characters and glowing reputations. And there are people with glowing characters and glowing reputations. We can't always help what people say and do to sully our reputations, but, no matter, we are responsible to develop and maintain sterling characters.
