Insight, Crisis, Catastrophe

A pastor whom I knew once preached a sermon on the ways people learn:

The first way in which we learn is

… Insight

As the result of information which we are provided

The second manner in which we glean understanding is

… Crisis

and

The third way in which we come to know and learn lessons is

… Catastrophe

I don’t know about you but give me

Insight

any day.
