The truth is that everyone has potential and everyone can change, if they want to and allow God to do so. However, dating and marrying a ‘potential’ without seeing any visible fruit or progress is not wise because just as they can change and become better, they can also choose not to change or even become worse.
Date those with good visible fruit, take time, don't rush things, make sure their character is solid and that their words match the fruit of their life. Now we are also all work in progress and there are no perfect people but what I am talking about is heart issues.
Is the person changing and evolving naturally or you trying to make them into something they don't even want to be or not showing any interest of genuinely ‘becoming.’
