For those of you who have seen the movie, "Lake House," I wonder if it ever occurred to "Alex" and "Kate" who lived in the same house on the lake, but whose "present tense" was mysteriously during different calendar years, fell in love, and communicated by putting letters in their mailbox that one of them could have installed an oversized mailbox, climbed in and the other one could have walked out and opened it, he or she could have climbed out, and they would have been together forever.
