A friend of mine and his wife were in Scotland for a wedding, and they were pulled over one night for driving with (or without) fog lights. The policeman walked up to their vehicle, and stated his name, and their infraction. However, Jeff could not understand his words due to his accent, and said, "Speak English!"
To which the policeman replied, "I Am!"
